Ginger Honey Chicken

Ingredients

Rub

  • Salt
  • Meat seasoning
  • Mustard powder
Sauce

  • Raw honey
  • Lemon juice from two lemons
  • Minced ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • (optional) Sesame oil

Directions

Mix sauce ingredients together. Adjust to taste.

Rub salt, mustard powder, and meat seasoning of your choice into the chicken.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes on each side. Brush over with the sauce, then airfry one at 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Serve with additional sauce.
