Worcestershire Beef Stew

Ingredients


  • half a bag of baby barrots
  • 3 large potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3lb stew-cut meat
  • basil
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • salt
  • balsamic Vinegar
  • worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 cups stock

Directions

Place all ingredients into Foodi pressure cooker, cook on low pressure for 10 minutes. Natural release of pressure for 5 minutes after cooking stops. Serve hot.
